Hosting

Our website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. For technical reasons, server log files are generated, including the IP address, time of access, page requested and information about the browser used. This data is processed to maintain the operation and security of the website and is generally deleted automatically.

Contact Form and Email

If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number and message, to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Data is shared with third parties only where required for operation, particularly with our hosting and email service provider Infomaniak.

Community and Newsletter

If you register for the Helvetic Riders Community and newsletter, we process your name, email address and the time of your consent to inform you by email about tours, rider training, community rides, meet-ups and available places. Registration is voluntary. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by emailing dan@helveticriders.ch. We retain the data until you withdraw your consent or the service is discontinued.

This website does not use cookies. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies, third-party tracking or analytics services.

Enquiries and correspondence are retained only for as long as necessary to process and document them or to comply with statutory retention obligations.
